For ZYkR, the intention with performances has always been to push technology and create experiences unique to the listener and us, the performers. With that intention, one of the areas we've been experimenting in is the interface with which we produce those sounds. How convincing is an electronic synthesizer produced glass-y sound, if played by hitting a beer bottle, or can we simulate a plucking intention with just using piezo sensors.
